Goat meat with beans
Description
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking beans with goat meat so they are within reach. The beans should be pre-cooked, so take care of this in advance. You can use canned beans for a quicker option. It's best to use fresh meat. Cooking goat meat is very simple. Let's get started. 1. Cut the meat into pieces and season with salt and pepper to taste. 2. Peel and wash the carrots and onions. Slice the carrots into half-moons and chop the onions. 3. Sauté the vegetables and meat in oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. I usually fry the onions and carrots first, then add the meat pieces. Cook the goat meat, stirring occasionally, on all sides for about 7–8 minutes. 4. Chop the tomatoes and add them to the meat along with flour and tomato paste. By the way, I recommend removing the tomato skins. To do this, briefly place the tomatoes in boiling water after making a small incision around the stem, then peel off the skin. Mix well. 5. Add the pre-cooked beans to the meat. Also add finely chopped garlic, cilantro, parsley, and basil. Simmer until fully cooked. Serve the dish hot.
