Sunflower Seed Halva
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. For me, halva is the taste of childhood. No cakes or chocolates can replace the caramel flavor of crunchy roasted seeds that you can dip in tea. When making halva from sunflower seeds, I recommend using more honey than sugar—it's healthier. And to vary the dish, you can add a bit of sesame (optional). The ready dessert can be served.
