Peanut caramel bars
Description
You can quickly and easily make peanut caramel bars at home. To do this, roast the peanuts, remove their shells, and slightly grind them. Mix the nuts with sugar and invert syrup. Place in the microwave and heat until golden caramel forms. Add butter, vanilla sugar, and heat again in the microwave. Remove. Add baking soda, mix well, and pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet. Let it cool. Break into pieces and serve with tea or coffee. Or you can simply enjoy them as they are.
