Instructions

Step 1

1. First of all, you need to knead the dough, of course.

Step 2

2. Warm the water slightly and pour it into a deep bowl. Add a cup of sifted flour, yeast, and sugar.
- 3
Step 3

3. Mix everything thoroughly and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- 4
Step 4

4. Then add salt and the remaining flour.
- 5
Step 5

5. Place the dough on the table, knead it well, greasing your hands with a little vegetable oil. Cover with a clean towel and leave in a warm place for about an hour.
- 6
Step 6

6. When the dough has risen, divide it in half. Grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil. Place one layer of dough, spreading it out evenly. Spread the jam on top.
- 7
Step 7

7. Cover with the second layer and seal the edges. Set the Baking program for 50-65 minutes, depending on the power of your appliance.
- 8
Step 8

8. Once the pie is ready, carefully flip it over and leave it for another 15–20 minutes on low heat so that it browns on the other side.
