
Gingerbread with prunes
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. The cake holds its shape well and doesn't crumble. For the filling, you can use not only prunes but also dried apricots, raisins, or candied fruits. You'll need the following ingredients: flour, baking soda, coffee, sugar, honey, prunes, and spices. Check out the recipe. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

1. First of all, brew the coffee. The coffee variety and brewing method are completely irrelevant in this case.

2. Add sugar to the cup of coffee.

3. Add honey, stirring the coffee until all ingredients are completely dissolved.

4. Take pitted prunes, rinse them, drain in a colander, then transfer to a plate.

6. Into a bowl, add the previously sifted flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and also ginger.
