1. Grease the baking pan with butter. Sift a thin layer of flour or semolina onto the bottom (this will create a golden crust). Sift the flour that you will use for baking.

2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix until smooth (using a mixer or whisk). Add sugar and mix until completely dissolved. Add refined oil, squeeze a glass of juice from oranges (or use ready-made juice). Add the orange juice and baking powder. Mix until smooth, then gradually add the pre-sifted flour. The dough should have the consistency of very thick sour cream.

3. Pour the batter into the baking pan, place the future pie in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for twenty minutes.

4. Remove the baked pastry and set aside to cool. Mix the powdered sugar with half a cup of orange juice (whisk with a mixer), then spread the resulting glaze over the top of the cake.
