
Gingerbread on milk
Description
For cooking, it's best to use liquid jam; I used cherry. The amount of flour needed for the dough will depend on the consistency of your jam. Keep in mind that the final dough consistency should resemble pancake batter. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

Prepare the necessary ingredients before starting cooking.

Put the eggs into a large bowl and add salt and all the sugar.

Using a mixer, beat these ingredients until a light, fluffy mixture is obtained.

In a separate bowl, pour the jam and add baking soda to it. Mix well with a whisk.

Wait a few minutes. A very noticeable reaction will occur, and the mixture will increase in volume by approximately 2 times.

Sift the flour into a separate bowl.

Pour the jam with baking soda into the sifted flour.

Add the eggs beaten with sugar. Mix well.
