Honey gingerbread with raisins

Description

Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Here is a wonderful homemade baking option with minimal effort and ingredients. Cinnamon and orange zest are used in the recipe for flavor, but if desired, you can simply add a pinch of vanilla instead. Raisins are included, but it would also be great to add some nuts to the dough—though this is entirely optional. I present to you a great idea.

    1. Before starting the dough, turn on the oven and let it preheat to 180 degrees. Combine the sifted flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and orange zest in a small bowl.

    2. Separately beat the eggs with sugar until white, then add the oil, warm coffee, and honey. Add the dry ingredients, continuing to beat.

    3. Rinse the raisins and dry them on a paper towel.
