Honey Gingerbread
Description
You can bake the gingerbread not only in a multicooker but also in the oven, baking it for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees. You can top the finished gingerbread with honey, jam, icing, or powdered sugar. Good luck!
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Melt the honey so it can be combined with the other ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

In a deep container, mix the honey with the jam and the egg.
- 3
Step 3

Add the flour with the baking powder and knead the dough. The amount of flour may vary depending on the thickness of the jam. I used 1.5 cups because my apricot jam is quite thick.

Step 4

The dough should be smooth, without lumps of flour. Only apricot pieces should be present. It should have a moderately thick consistency.

Step 5

Grease the mold with any baking fat, butter, or margarine; you can also use refined oil. Transfer the dough and smooth it out. I will be cooking using a multicooker, so I place the dough into the bowl, then set it into the appliance. Bake for 50 minutes in "Baking" mode.

Step 6

The pie is ready! Flip it onto a plate and, after cooling, decorate as desired.
