Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Cowboy pie is a frequent "guest" in many cafeterias. This pie became popular in North America. In composition, it resembles the traditional shepherd's pie. The pie turns out exceptionally tasty and juicy.

1. Over medium heat, sauté the onion sliced into half-rings in a skillet with butter until golden.

2. Fry the bacon and cut it into fairly large pieces.

3. Shape the dough into a pie mold to form a crust. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

4. In a separate container, beat the eggs and cream, season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Add the onion, bacon, and grated cheese.

5. Pour the filling into the pie, place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.

6. As soon as the pie turns golden brown, check it for doneness. Once the pie is ready, let it cool and then serve it cut into portion pieces.
