
Fried cutlets in a deep fryer
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can make cutlets from any ground meat using this method, and for extra flavor, you can place a piece of cheese or other filling in the center of each patty. This dish will undoubtedly add variety to your everyday meals or complement any festive table. Serve the cutlets with any side dish, or with fresh vegetables and sauce. Try it! Prepare all the ingredients.

Trim the crusts off the bread, cut the crumb into pieces or crumble by hand, and pour milk over it.

Place the minced meat into a large bowl.

Add to it the soaked bread (squeezed by hand), diced onion, minced garlic, one egg, salt and pepper to taste. For juiciness, you can add 30-50 ml of cold water to the meat mixture.

Mix all ingredients until smooth.

Form small patties from the minced meat.

Roll each patty first in flour, then in beaten eggs with a pinch of salt, and again in flour.

In a sauté pan or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil and place 3-4 patties at a time into the oil. Fry over medium heat, turning frequently, until a firm golden crust forms, for 5 to 7 minutes.

Place the fried cutlets on a paper towel or napkin to remove excess oil.
