
Cutlets in batter
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Cutlets in dough are very attractive and filling. The advantage of this yeast dough recipe is that the dough rises quickly. It is suitable for baking buns, pies, and, of course, cutlets in dough. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Step 1

1. Prepare the minced meat. Grind the meat through a meat grinder together with onion, garlic, and zucchini. Zucchini is needed to keep the meat mixture from becoming tough. There's no need to add bread to the mixture, as it will be placed on top. Beat the meat mixture well and shape into patties. Place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

2. Preheat the oven to 220°C and bake the patties for 15–20 minutes. Prepare the starter. To do this, dissolve the yeast in a small amount of milk and add 3 tablespoons of flour. Set aside for 15 minutes. Slightly warm the milk. Sift the flour. Mix everything together and knead the dough. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour. Knead the dough well and roll it out. Cut into strips 3–4 cm wide and about 20 cm long.

3. Wrap the cutlet in this strip.

4. After wrapping the patty, place it on the baking sheet with the edge of the strip facing down to prevent the dough from unfolding during baking. Arrange all the patties on the sheet and brush them with egg.

5. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees. Bake the meat patties in dough for about 20 minutes. Cover the patties with a towel after baking. Wait just 15 minutes, and then you can enjoy fluffy and soft meat patties in dough.
