Cutlets in a multicooker
Description
This recipe won't take much time. If you've already made kitchen appliances an essential part of your kitchen, then this simple recipe for meatballs in a multicooker will surely come in handy. Recipe: 1. Prepare minced meat or mix ready-made pork and beef. This recipe works perfectly for any other meatballs you like. 2. Peel the onion and finely chop it, then add to the minced meat. 3. Peel the potato, grate it on a grater, and add to the meat. It will make the meatballs juicy, but won't be noticeable in taste. 4. Soak breadcrumbs slightly in water or milk, then thoroughly mix them into the meat mixture. However, you may omit them if desired. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Shape the mixture into meatballs. 7. Pour a little oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl and place the meatballs inside. 8. Set the cooker to the "Baking" mode and cook until the cycle ends. Turn the meatballs over every 10–15 minutes to ensure even browning. You can also cook meatballs in a multicooker using the steaming function—then there's no need to add oil. Garnish the cooked meatballs with fresh herbs. Serve hot with a salad or your favorite side dish.
