Cutlets in cornmeal coating
Description
If you coat the patties in corn flour, they will remain tender and juicy inside, while developing a delicious crispy crust on the outside. This breading also gives the patties an appetizing golden color and a subtle, pleasant aroma. Give it a try! You can use any kind of minced meat: pork, beef, chicken, or a mixture.
