Cutlets in foil in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This is not quite the classic way of preparing meatballs in foil in the oven, but the meatballs turn out incredibly delicious. The preparation can be divided into several key steps: first, the pork is marinated and stuffed with carrots and garlic; then a sandwich is formed using bread, meatballs, cheese, and vegetables, wrapped in foil, and baked in the oven. As a side dish, I would recommend mashed potatoes with canned peas and fresh green onions. Good luck. Serve hot.
