
Baked cutlets
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Cutlets are a versatile dish. You can eat them with bread as sandwiches, serve with any side dish, or prepare with or without gravy. You can use any ground meat for cutlets: chicken, pork, beef, or a mixture. Serve hot.

1. Line a baking sheet with a cut-open roasting bag and grease it with vegetable oil.

2. Slice the loaf into pieces, remove the crust, and soak the crumb in milk and water (or just water) for 5-10 minutes.

3. Add several cloves of garlic (each person can adjust to their taste), pressed through a garlic press, salt, black ground pepper, and sour cream to the meat mince. Mix the mince thoroughly.

4. Squeeze the bread slices to remove excess liquid, mash them, add to the minced meat, and mix.

5. Grease your hands with vegetable oil. Pinch off small pieces from the main mixture, shape them into cutlets, coat them in breadcrumbs, and place them on a baking sheet.
