Cutlets in bacon
Description
Bacon-wrapped cutlets are a very high-calorie dish, but sometimes it's worth treating yourself to such a hearty bomb. This is yet another unusual way to enjoy it.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Soak the bread in water, squeeze it slightly, and add it to the mince. Add the egg, finely grated onion, spices, and mix everything thoroughly.
- 2
Step 2

Pound the minced meat in a deep bowl, so it becomes saturated with oxygen and the patties will turn out more tender and juicy.
- 3
Step 3

Prepare the foil by cutting it into 10x10 cm squares. Place bacon strips in a cross shape on each piece of foil.
- 4
Step 4

Place a ball of stuffing in the center on top and press it down slightly with your hand.
- 5
Step 5

Place pineapple on top of the patty. If you have pineapple slices, you can place a whole slice. If you have pineapple pieces, like I do, just spread them evenly over the entire patty.
- 6
Step 6

Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle over the pineapple.
- 7
Step 7

Fold the edges of the bacon strips as shown in the picture.
- 8
Step 8

Wrap the foil into a ball and place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
- 9
Step 9

Unfold the foil, then keep in the oven for another 5 minutes to form a delicious crust.
