Rinse the spinach and pour boiling water over it for 5 minutes. Then drain the liquid and chop the spinach, trimming off the roots.

Mix the ground meat with the eggs. Add spinach, salt, and pepper. Stir in the flakes and mix everything well into a uniform mass.

Shape the patties and cook them in a steamer for 25 minutes.
