Chicken meatballs
Description
Among all the variations of meat patties, many home cooks often prefer chicken ones, since they are much simpler and significantly quicker to prepare—5 minutes to make the mince, 5 minutes to shape the patties, and about the same time to fry them, and voilà—the delicious, tasty, and healthy lunch or dinner is ready! Serve chicken patties with any side dish—potatoes, grains, or pasta.
Instructions

Step 1

Thaw the ground meat and lightly beat it. Just tap it a bit with your palm. This will result in a light, airy mixture for future patties.

Step 2

Soak the bread in water or milk, squeeze it dry, and add it to the meat mixture. Finely chop the onion, crush the garlic, and add both to the meat mixture. Add the eggs. Season the mixture with salt and add a few tablespoons of semolina to absorb excess liquid during frying.

Step 3

Mix the mixture with a spoon or by hand. Shape into patties and place them to fry in a heated pan with oil.

Step 4

Fry the patties on the other side until golden brown and transfer them to a cauldron. Repeat with the remaining meat mixture. Then add just two tablespoons of water to the patties in the cauldron, place over low heat, and simmer until cooked through, approximately 10 minutes.
