Cutlets with cheese and herbs
Description
Cheese and herb meatballs are easy and quick to prepare. It's best to use mixed minced meat. I used pork and chicken, but beef or turkey will work as well. The cheese adds a pleasant tanginess to the dish, while the herbs provide freshness. These flavorful, tender meatballs make an excellent main course for lunch or dinner, or can be enjoyed as a snack on a slice of fresh bread as a sandwich.
