
Cheese-stuffed cutlets
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Probably, very few people don't like meatballs. But these meatballs, with a melted piece of cheese inside, will leave no one indifferent. The piece of cheese will give the meatballs a whole new flavor. The ready dish can be served at the table.

1. Soak bread pieces in milk for 15–20 minutes. Squeeze out the excess milk, mash into a paste, and mix with the ground meat. For these patties, it's best to use a mixed meat mixture, such as beef and pork. Beat the meat mixture well.

2. Cut the cheese into pieces, according to the number of cutlets—about 8–10 pieces total, or roughly 2 small pieces per cutlet.

3. Divide the minced meat into small portions. Shape them into patties and place one or two pieces of cheese on each.

4. With wet hands, shape the meat mixture into oval patties, ensuring the cheese is enclosed inside.

5. Pour oil into a hot skillet and fry the patties for about two minutes on each side until a golden crust forms. Then reduce the heat and continue frying until fully cooked, about 10 minutes on each side.
