Description
Millet cutlets – juicy, tender, and very delicious. They are especially good with pork. Millet softens the meat's fatness and gives the cutlets a fluffy texture and golden color. If you have leftover millet porridge from dinner that nobody wants to eat anymore, don't rush to throw it away. Add it to the meat mince and you'll get wonderful cutlets. It will be something new and tasty.

Prepare the ingredients for making cutlets.

Cook millet porridge. Rinse the millet and place it in a saucepan.

Pour water over the millet and cook the porridge until done.
