Description

This recipe won't take much time. Sometimes you're so busy and caught up in your routine that you forget to buy dinner. You rush to the fridge, only to find silence—nothing inside except a rock-hard chicken breast that's been frozen since forever and a lonely little jar of corn sitting on the door. And how on earth do you make a proper dinner for the whole family (who'll burst through the door any minute demanding delicious, healthy food)? It's a mystery. You lay out everything you've got—chicken breast, corn, a bunch of fresh herbs, eggs—on the table, stand there staring, staring, staring... An hour later, the family is happily devouring "whatever was available" patties. Everyone's full, satisfied, and thanking mom for the new tasty corn patty recipe. And mom, flashing a tired smile at her loved ones, breathes a sigh of relief: "Phew, that worked out!!!":))) I'm sure this situation is familiar to most of us. Unfortunately, though, our kitchen experiments don't always end in success. That's why I'd like to share with you a simple recipe for tasty, budget-friendly, and attractive corn patties—I hope it'll come in handy when you're in a pinch. Serve hot.
