1. First, finely chop the onion.

2. Press the garlic using a garlic press.

3. Next, soak the white bread in milk and pass it through a meat grinder.

4. Place the minced meat, chopped bread, onion, and garlic into a bowl, add the egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can also add your favorite spices and seasonings as desired. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

5. Shape the resulting mixture into patties, then place them in the multicooker. Set the multicooker to the "Baking" mode for 10-15 minutes (with the lid closed for 5 minutes).

7. When the patties are browned on one side, flip them to the other side and place potatoes into the multicooker, adding bay leaf. Close the multicooker lid and cook for another 15 minutes, then mix the patties with the potatoes, close the lid again, and continue cooking in the same mode for another 10 minutes.
