
Cutlets with mushroom sauce
Description
Classic recipe for cutlets with mushroom sauce at your service. The cutlets are made from potatoes, eggs, and flour. All ingredients are mixed into a dough, then shaped into cutlets and fried in breadcrumbs. I recommend boiling the mushrooms beforehand and drying them thoroughly. The rest is described below. Boil the potatoes, drain the water, and mash them with a potato masher.

Add 1 tablespoon of butter, 2 egg yolks, and 2 tablespoons of flour.

Knead the potato dough well, shape into patties. Then coat them in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in a pan.

Sauté finely chopped onion in butter until soft.

Add the boiled mushrooms and sauté them together with the onion.

In another skillet, sauté the flour and butter until light yellow in color. Then pour in the mushroom broth, add the mushrooms, and cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
