Fish cutlets
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I usually serve these patties hot with ketchup. They are also delicious when eaten cold and can be taken along as a snack. You may add chopped herbs to the mince according to your preference. In this case, I used coriander. The dish is now ready to be served.
