Cutlets under a fur coat
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can make the coating for these patties even brighter and more attractive by replacing potato and zucchini with grated boiled beetroot. In this case, you can add even more garlic, as beetroot pairs wonderfully with garlic. Serve these patties either as a standalone dish or with any side dishes. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

Finely chop the white cabbage. Add it to the minced meat, along with salt and pepper to taste, and spices as desired. Mix thoroughly.

Step 2

Now prepare the topping for the cutlets. Peel the potatoes and zucchini and grate them on a fine grater. Grate the boiled eggs, carrots, and two-thirds of the cheese on a coarse grater, then add mayonnaise. Optionally, chop parsley or dill. Mix the entire topping well.

Step 3

Slice the tomato into thin rings. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, shape the cabbage and meat mixture into patties, place one tomato slice on top of each patty, and cover the patties with the "shuba" topping.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the meatballs inside for 25 minutes. Then take them out and top with the remaining cheese mixed with crushed garlic. Return to the oven for another 15 minutes, baking until a golden crust forms.
