Tatar-style cutlets
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This dish isn't particularly exclusive, yet it's not quite ordinary either, thanks to the addition of a raw egg yolk. The trickiest part in preparing these patties is frying them on the reverse side—the side with the yolk. Honestly, you could simply bake them in the oven, or first fry them covered, so the yolk isn't runny. Otherwise, everything is very simple. Check out the step-by-step recipe and broaden your culinary horizons. Serve hot.

- 5
Step 5

Form the patties and coat them in breadcrumbs.
- 6
Step 6

Make an indentation in the patties.

Step 7

Place the egg yolk into the indentation. Put the patties onto a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Fry over medium heat, covered. Before flipping the patties, make sure the yolk has set, then carefully flip and cook on the other side. An alternative cooking method is to bake in the oven until fully cooked.
