Moscow-style cutlets
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Moscow cutlets differ from others by the absence of egg yolk in the mince. For preparing these cutlets, it's better to whisk the egg white and then add it to the mince. The absence of yolk helps make the cutlets juicy and delicious. Serve hot.
