
Turkey Kiev-style cutlets
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can make these patties using almost any fillet, but chicken breast works best. You can use any cheese, but only the kind that melts well. Dill can be used instead of parsley. Serve hot.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making turkey Kiev-style cutlets.

Rinse the parsley and dry it. Chop it finely and mix with the butter. Divide the butter into five equal parts.

Cut the turkey fillet into thin, large slices across the grain. Pound well.

Cut the cheese into five equal sticks. Season the pounded fillet with salt and pepper, and place a stick of cheese on it.

Place the butter on the cheese.

Tightly wrap the cheese with butter in the pounded turkey fillet, folding the edges carefully to avoid any holes. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Crack an egg into a plate and mix with a fork until smooth.

Put flour into a bowl and coat the patties on all sides in it.

Dip into the beaten egg, making sure it is completely coated.

In a small saucepan, pour in the vegetable oil and heat. Add the patties and fry on all sides until cooked through. They should develop a golden crust, which will take about 15 minutes.
