Homemade-style cutlets
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. In my family, everyone simply adores meatballs, and I've tried many different recipes until I finally settled on this simple homemade meatball recipe. I'm not exaggerating when I say that here I've found the perfect combination of ingredients I had been searching for so long. And the secret, as it turns out, is very simple—just mix pork and beef mince in a 50/50 ratio, and the meatballs turn out incredibly delicious, tender, and juicy, with just the right amount of fat. By an informal family vote, these have unanimously been declared the best meatballs we've ever tried. And if you don't believe me, just try making them yourself and see firsthand how delicious they are. Here's the homemade meatball recipe with photos for clarity. The finished dish is ready to be served.
