Steamed cutlets in a multicooker

60 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

A delicious and filling dinner can be easily prepared by steaming if you have a Panasonic multicooker. Take any ground meat of your choice, mix in an egg, spices, and bread, shape into patties, and steam them. Instead of plain water, place potatoes in the pot and pour 3 multicooker cups of water over them. As a result, you'll have both a side dish and meat patties ready at the same time.

Instructions

    1. For these cutlets, you can use any ready-made ground meat. This time I had pork and turkey. The cutlets will also taste great made with veal and chicken fillet. In any case, choose meat or ground meat according to your preference. Add to it an egg, salt, spices, a slice of bread (soak it beforehand in water or milk), and finely grated onion.

    3. I solved the lunch problem cleverly: instead of using plain water in the steamer, I sliced potatoes and poured water over them, then placed the steaming tray on top and arranged the meatballs in it.
