Steamed cutlets

60 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can make steamed cutlets using meat, poultry, rabbit, or offal. The key is to add a chicken egg to prevent the minced mixture from falling apart during cooking. Optionally, you can mix in grated carrots, onion, garlic, cabbage, bell pepper, etc. For extra juiciness and a delicate flavor, processed cheese is ideal—be sure to try making the cutlets with it. The finished dish can be served at the table.
