
Cutlets (a very simple recipe)
Description
These patties are sure to delight your entire family. And most importantly, this dish will last for several days, so you won't need to stand by the stove every evening. You can serve these patties with any side dish—potatoes, rice, buckwheat, or stewed vegetables. Prepare a sauce for the patties, and your usual dish will take on exciting new flavors.

Cut off the crusts from the bread and soak the crumb in milk for 10 minutes.

Onion and garlic should be finely chopped and sautéed in oil over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Mix the ground meat in a bowl, add onion and garlic, finely chopped parsley or cilantro, bread, egg yolks, and 3-4 tablespoons of water. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Thoroughly mix the minced meat and beat it until it no longer breaks apart into pieces. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
