Steamed cutlets in a multicooker
Description
A friend gave me a multicooker. It was sitting idle, but then I decided to start cooking with it. I got so carried away that now I'm already cooking using my own recipes. Here's a very successful recipe for meatballs in a multicooker.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Chicken or turkey meat should be ground into a uniform mince. I use a blender for this.
- 2
Step 2

Soak white bread in milk. Finely chop the onion. Mix the ground meat with the soaked white bread crumbs and onion until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- 3
Step 3

Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste to the resulting mixture. Now add a little water (0.5 cup), salt, and pepper to the meat mixture. Mix or beat again until smooth.

Step 4

We will cook the steamed cutlets in a Redmond multicooker. Take out the steaming accessory for the multicooker. Shape cutlets from the prepared tomato mince. My container consists of two parts, and you can place cutlets on each, which speeds up cooking since the batch will be significantly larger. According to the instructions, fill the appliance with water. Place the formed cutlets onto the steaming plate. Put the plate into the container, and then place it into the Redmond multicooker. Turn on the steaming mode. I cook the cutlets for 25 minutes using the "Steam" setting.

Step 5

Your meatballs will turn out tasty and very appetizing. The tomato paste will significantly change the color of the minced meat. Since we don't fry the meatballs but cook them directly by steaming, the tomato paste interestingly colors the minced meat and makes the meatballs more appetizing.
