Chicken cutlets with cheese
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Our family said "no" to fatty pork cutlets a long time ago—back when our children started eating the same food as we do. Now we try to cook less fatty and unhealthy dishes. Chicken cutlets with cheese have replaced pork cutlets—they're much less fatty and, to be honest, even more delicious. The kids absolutely love them and always eagerly wait for me to make them. I highly recommend you try this recipe too :) Good luck! Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

Mix the chicken mince with a finely chopped onion processed in a blender. If you have chicken meat instead of mince, grind it through a meat grinder or food processor.

Step 2

Then add one egg to the minced meat.

Step 3

Mix the egg, add grated Parmesan and parsley to the meat mixture. Mix again. Add salt and pepper.

Step 4

With our hands, shape the minced meat into small patties. Use about one tablespoon of minced meat for each patty. Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the patties on one side until a crust forms.

Step 5

Flip and sear the other side until a crust forms. That's it - the chicken cutlets with cheese are ready!
