Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Sauté the garlic. Place the butter in a bowl, add dill, parsley, and squeeze in the garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
- 2
Step 2

Wrap the resulting butter in parchment paper like a sausage, as shown in the photo, and place it in the refrigerator. It can also be stored in the freezer for several months.
- 3
Step 3

Soak the bread crouton in milk until it softens, then mash it by hand. Place the chicken mince in a deep bowl, add the soaked crouton, and mix in the egg, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine the mixture.

Step 4

After the butter has frozen, slice it into thick pieces.
- 5
Step 5

Take a small amount of minced meat, roll it into a ball, and make a small indentation in it. Place a sliced piece of our flavored butter into the indentation.

Step 6

Now pinch the edges of the patty, shaping the meat into an oval to enclose the butter inside. Roll the formed patties in flour. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place the patties in the heated skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes on each side.
