Lingcod cutlets
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Sablefish is one of my favorite fish. It's very tender, yet quite fatty, has few bones, and a pleasant aroma. It's also rich in vitamins A and B, contains plenty of amino acids—in short, it's not just fish, but a delicious treasure trove of beneficial nutrients! For making sablefish cutlets, I recommend using fresh-frozen fish. Clean it in advance, remove all the bones, and prepare the minced fish. Then follow the recipe. Serve the finished dish at the table.
