Pumpkin cutlets
Description
There are many recipes for vegetable cutlets: made from carrots, zucchini, celery, potatoes, etc. And there are even more ways to vary these cutlets. Pumpkin is usually associated with pumpkin porridge or, especially recently, with Halloween. To keep pumpkin cutlets from seeming bland, add some beer to them (I recommend unfiltered). Then All Saints' Day will be even more fun!
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Finely chop the onion and pepper, then sauté.
- 2
Step 2

Grate the pumpkin on a medium grater, then squeeze out the excess juice.
- 3
Step 3

In a bowl, mix pumpkin, fried vegetables, and chopped herbs. Pour in beer, stir, gradually adding flour.
- 4
Step 4

Form the patties (about 1 cm thick) and coat them well in flour.
- 5
Step 5

Fry for 10 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve the ready pumpkin cutlets with herbs or vegetables, or with beer :-) and have a happy Halloween!
