Beet cutlets
Description
Beet cutlets might surprise you, but they can truly adorn any festive table. You can serve them as a side dish alongside meat or fish, as cutlets with any other side—rice, potatoes—or simply on their own as a standalone dish. It's recommended to start the meal precisely with beet cutlets. Arrange them on a plate with an assortment of boiled eggs, peas, onions, and fresh herbs, then drizzle everything with mayonnaise or sour cream. Place salad leaves under the cutlets before serving. This is a dish you'll remember for a long time—a truly magnificent one, without exaggeration. Try it yourself and see.
