Pork and beef cutlets
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can add bacon to the patties for juiciness, but that's up to you, as it depends on your gastronomic preferences and the side dish you plan to serve with the patties. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

First, we need to peel the onion and pass it through a meat grinder so that our patties turn out juicy and aromatic.
- 2
Step 2

Pour milk over the loaf and let it sit for 10–15 minutes. This works with both fresh and stale bread.

Step 3

Still, I decided to buy the ground meat at the market. Now I need to combine it in a bowl, add 2 eggs, mix in the onion, pour in the bread soaked in milk, and season the entire mixture with salt and pepper.
- 4
Step 4

The minced meat should be thoroughly mixed until a uniform consistency is achieved.

Step 5

Now it's time to shape the minced meat into patties. First, wet your hands with cold water so the meat doesn't stick, then start forming the patties. Place the formed patties into a preheated frying pan with oil and fry over high heat on both sides until browned. Then pour 1 cup of water into the pan and simmer the patties for 20–25 minutes. Make sure the patties don't burn. Cooking pork and beef patties this way won't take long, and the result will be outstanding!
