Beet cutlets (vegan)
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Beets are a miraculous vegetable containing a wealth of beneficial vitamins and minerals, and they are also delicious, sweet, and diet-friendly! Beet cutlets can be a wonderful standalone main course. They can be cooked either in a pan, in the oven, or steamed (which is especially suitable for children), breaded or without breadcrumbs—according to your preference. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Step 1

1. Thoroughly wash the beets, wrap each one in foil, and bake in the oven for 1-1.5 hours at 220 degrees. To check for doneness, pierce with a fork or knife (the beets should be soft and easy to pierce). Peel the cooled beets.
