Pike cutlets in a multicooker
Description
If you happen to get a pike while fishing or buy one at the store, be sure to make cutlets from it. Separate the fillet from the bones and grind it together with bread and onion through a meat grinder. Add pressed garlic, eggs, salt, and spices. Mix well, shape into cutlets, and cook in a multicooker using the "Baking" mode for 40 minutes. Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and flip the cutlets once halfway through cooking. Garnish the finished dish with fresh herbs and serve.
