Pollock cutlets
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. To make haddock cutlets, we need fish fillet. However, I usually buy a whole fish, then clean it myself and separate the meat from the skin and bones. Why do we also use pork? Haddock meat on its own doesn't have a distinct flavor or aroma—it's similar to cod and not fatty. Pork will add richness and make the cutlets more substantial. Let your guests try to guess what they're made of :) That said, if you prefer, you can omit the pork from the haddock cutlet recipe. I haven't tried it, but it's probably delicious too. Good luck! The finished dish is ready to be served.
