Barley cutlets
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Barley cutlets are made from cooked barley porridge, so it's best to prepare it in advance. Process the mixture in a food processor or blender, though you can also finely chop everything by hand. Mix everything together, shape into cutlets, coat in breadcrumbs, and fry in oil. Serve hot.
