Liver cutlets with oatmeal
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Many people don't particularly like liver, and many don't know how to prepare it in a simple and tasty way. Liver cutlets are very easy to make. You just need to take your time and let the minced mixture rest. Then the cutlets will be juicy and easy to flip. In terms of taste, these cutlets are no worse than meat ones. Serve hot.

Step 1

Clean the liver from membranes and ducts, then grind it together with the onion through a meat grinder. I always pass any mince through twice. Then add eggs, semolina, salt, pepper, and dried herbs to the mince. Mix well.

Step 2

Add the "Extra" brand oat flakes rubbed between your palms and thoroughly knead the meat mixture. Refrigerate for at least two hours. You can prepare the mixture in the evening and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.

Step 3

Fry the patties in a small amount of oil, placing the thickened mixture with a spoon onto a preheated frying pan. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. Place the cooked patties back into the pan, cover with a lid, and let them stand on the stove without heat for about 10 minutes.
