
Liver cutlets
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can eat these cutlets hot, straight from the pan or reheated, but they are also good cold. You can serve them with any side dish, for example, with buckwheat, other cereals, vegetables, or simply with a piece of bread. This recipe yields a large quantity, so you can store them in the refrigerator. The finished dish is ready to be served.

Place the bacon pieces into a preheated skillet, fry until crispy, then transfer onto a paper towel and drain the fat into a cup.

Mix the eggs with sour cream, add salt and black pepper. Wash the liver and cut it into small pieces.

Crumble the bacon into a bowl, add the liver, and blend the mixture with a blender until smooth.

Add beef liver, ground beef, chopped onion, beaten eggs with sour cream, season with a little more salt and pepper, and mix well.
