Oyster mushroom cutlets
Description
This is a great option for preparing a light family dinner or lunch. The patties can be served with porridge, vegetable salads, or other side dishes. This dish is also suitable for vegetarians. If you don't have oyster mushrooms on hand, you can use any other mushrooms. If you'd like the dish to be more filling, you can add any meat mince, rice, buckwheat, or hard cheese to the mushrooms. 1. Wash fresh mushrooms and boil until cooked, then drain in a colander and pass through a meat grinder. Dried mushrooms should be soaked beforehand and then boiled. 2. Boil potatoes and mash them. Peel and wash the onion, chop finely, and fry in a pan with sunflower oil until golden. 3. In a bowl, mix the ground mushrooms, mashed potatoes, fried onion, add flour, beat in the eggs, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well. 4. Place a frying pan on the stove, add sunflower oil, and heat well. Shape small patties, coat them in breadcrumbs before frying, then place them in the pan. Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown.
