
Sockeye salmon patties
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Fish patties have always been considered a less caloric alternative to meat patties. For those on a diet, I recommend steaming the patties. The ready dish can be served at the table.

Remove the coarse crust from the bread using a sharp knife. Pour the cream into a deep dish. Place the bread into it. Let it soak for some time.

We cut the pink salmon into pieces. We must remove the skin. We free the fillet from bones. We peel and cut the onion into halves.

Grind the onion and sockeye salmon together in a meat grinder. Add bread soaked in cream, salt, and spices to taste to the mixture. Break in the eggs.

Form patties from the minced meat. Dip them in breadcrumbs and place on a hot frying pan. Fry each side for 15 minutes.
