Navaga cutlets
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Navaga, a white sea fish, has few bones and very tasty meat, which is why it's often used in various dishes. It belongs to the cod family and is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, healthy fats, and vitamins. You can make navaga fish mince for cutlets yourself, although ready-made mince is sometimes available. The main thing is to ensure the fish is fresh. Serve hot.
